Chocolate Marquise with Cookies

Chocolate Marquise.jpg

I need to talk to you about this sweet. First of all, it is super easy and when I say super easy, I mean it. Second, it is made with ingredients we all have at home. Last but not least, it is so chocolatey and tasty you will not believe it. The recipe belongs to Argiro Barbarigou. She is a new generation Greek chef and she makes beautiful things with simple materials.

If you are a chocolate lover, like myself, I guarantee you that you’ll love it! The fact that it is easy, it only makes it more attractive.

When this post will be on air, I will be in my last vacation week away from Athens. We are going to a place called Palairos which is located in the upper west side of mainland Greece. I am going to bring to you photos of the place to see.

In the meantime, I urge you to try this simple, yet tasty sweet and I will be back in no time!
