Spanakopita with Handmade Phyllo-A Guest Post

Tina is a girl from Philippines living in Texas. She and her husband have two beautiful little girls. She is also a fabulous blogger posting recipes from her mother land and from other countries as well.

Recently she has started a series of guest posts “PiTCC’s Favorite Food from Around The World” from bloggers from different sides of this earth, who present a traditional dish of their country. When Tina contacted me and asked me to do a guest post for her beautiful blog “Pinay in Texas” regarding a traditional dish of Greece, I was more than happy to do it. She gave me a few choices and I immediately picked Spanakopita.

Spanakopita is a staple in the Greek kitchen and is a pie that most of the Greek households make at least once every month. To see how I made this one, check my guest post at Tina’s blog. I am sure, apart from spanakopita, you will find many interesting, tasty and unique dishes made with Tina’s passion and talent!
